Evan Pennington
Trainer
I was very active in high school, playing three sports, basketball, football and track. I excelled at all these sports, but I was always the skinny kid and was very self-conscious of it. After high school I finally decided to do something about it. I cleaned up my diet and started a lifting program. In the first 2 years I went from 150lbs to 180lbs at a very low body fat percentage. I felt great about my accomplishment and wanted to show everyone my hard work. I entered my first natural body building contest, in which I placed 1st in my class and 2nd overall. Ever since that first workout I was hooked and now its a huge part of my life. Thats why I got into Personal Training. Its an awesome feeling knowing you are helping someone have a better life and become a more confident person. It is not an easy process, but if someone is committed I can show them the door to much greater overall fitness and well being.
